AI Learning Lab: From Messy Task to Repeatable Workflow
Tuesday, August 4, 2026 (3:00 PM - 4:00 PM) (EDT)
Description
LEARN AI TOGETHER
The AI Learning Lab is a monthly, interactive space where women business owners explore how AI is showing up in real business life—from everyday tasks and team workflows to client communication, marketing, operations, and decision-making.
This is not a traditional webinar. Each session is designed for conversation, shared learning, practical examples, and useful ideas participants can adapt for their own businesses.
Members are encouraged to come ready to ask questions, share what they are trying, compare ideas, and learn from other women business owners who are experimenting with AI in their day-to-day work.
No technical background is required—just curiosity and a willingness to learn together.
AUGUST SESSION: FROM MESSY TASK TO REPEATABLE WORKFLOW
This month, we’ll explore how AI can help business owners make everyday administrative tasks clearer, more consistent, and easier to repeat.
The session will focus on a simple process for turning scattered notes, undocumented steps, or tasks that live in your head into an organized workflow.
Attendees will vote on the two administrative examples they most want to see demonstrated:
- Turning meeting notes into action items
- Creating a weekly task plan
- Turning rough notes into a task checklist
- Delegating a recurring task
The facilitator will use one of the following AI assistants for the live demonstrations: ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. The prompts and workflow method can be adapted across all three.
Participants will not need to open an AI assistant or work across multiple screens during the session.
PARTICIPANTS CAN EXPECT
- Two attendee-selected live AI demonstrations
- A practical method for turning a messy task into a repeatable workflow
- Real-world administrative and operations examples
- Small-group breakout conversations with other women business owners
- Space to share how AI is—or is not—being used in their businesses
- Copy-and-adapt prompts to try after the session
- Guidance on privacy, security, human judgment, and responsible AI use
- Practical next steps for continued experimentation
Whether you are brand new to AI or already using it in your business, this session is a place to learn what others are trying, ask questions, compare ideas, and leave with a method you can adapt to your own work.
COME PREPARED TO SHARE
To make the conversation more useful, bring one example, question, or idea related to AI and administrative work.
You might bring:
- An administrative task you wish AI could help with
- An administrative task where AI is already helping
- A workflow that feels repetitive, inconsistent, or difficult to delegate
- A prompt you have tried
- A question about ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
- A concern about using AI safely
- A small win, lesson learned, or unexpected result
You do not need to have experience with AI to participate. Listening, asking questions, and learning from others are all welcome.
Please do not share confidential client, employee, financial, legal, medical, personal, or proprietary information during the session.
