About
Known as The DAMN Plan Lady, Kim Nagle is a woman with a plan—and a mission. A lifelong entrepreneur, she launched her first business at age 14 and has since founded and led six businesses. In 1997, she launched Upgrow Business International to help entrepreneurs in rural, Native American, and other diverse communities across the Midwest start, grow, and sustain profitable organizations. Her expertise in Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) is well established—she has played a key role in founding three Native CDFIs and the SBA Minnesota Women’s Business Center.
Throughout her career, Kim has raised more than $100 million to support business incubators and development programs in urban, rural, and tribal communities.
Along with her daughter, Kim co-founded DAMN Plan Coaching LLP to help people build businesses they love and make money—so they can live life on their terms. More than 300 clients have launched profitable businesses as a result of her coaching and strategic guidance.
