After 30 years as a registered nurse, Ginger Cohen recently took an exciting new leap into entrepreneurship by opening Graze Craze Blue Bell, a charcuterie and catering business in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. Her nursing career taught her the importance of compassion, attention to detail, and creating meaningful connections with others—qualities she now brings to her business every day. As a new business owner, Ginger is passionate about building relationships within the community, supporting local organizations, and creating beautiful, handcrafted food experiences for her customers. She is excited to connect with fellow women entrepreneurs through NAWBO and learn, grow, and contribute alongside other inspiring business leaders.
