Over her 30 years with Bank of America, Jill has held leadership positions across the company, including positions in Consumer & Business Banking, Wealth Management Banking and Global Corporate & Investment Banking. She currently serves as a Managing Director and head of client experience and sustainability for the Business Banking Division. Additionally, Jill is an adjunct professor at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. Shauna is a veteran entrepreneur and small business finance expert. Following her experience in public and private accounting, Shauna founded Fortiviti, an outsourced accounting and back-office company, building it to an acquisition. Throughout Shauna’s career, she has helped hundreds of business owners better understand their finances, grow more profitability and streamline their operations, helping them take their businesses to the next level. Following her exit from Fortiviti, Shauna went on to found The Small Business CEO, a small business coaching platform designed to help small business owners to run better businesses.

LaToya is the founder of Alignment Business Solutions, LLC, a digital bookkeeping and client success agency that partners with CPAs and tax accountants to provide seamless client financial support. A wife and mom of three, LaToya built her business around balance - creating freedom for herself and empowering accounting firms to do the same for their clients.

Christy is the founder and lead instructor at Training Umbrella, a company that she founded in 2011 that specializes in teaching Microsoft and Google Applications along with providing computer lab and event space rentals. She has been involved in the planning and training of multiple software migrations in the Kansas City area and across the United States. Christy is a Google Certified Individual and Microsoft Certified Trainer. She believes that “Knowing the technology is not the same as knowing how to teach it.”

Kristen, a National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) veteran with over a decade of experience, brings the spirit of teamwork and community to Kansas City through Pitchside Coffee. Inspired by the values she’s found inside the lines, she co-founded Pitchside Coffee to extend that sense of community to all of Kansas City. Pitchside Coffee to her isn’t just about serving exceptional coffee—it’s a platform for growing connections and creating meaningful experiences. Kristen joined the Kansas City Current in July 2021. A veteran of the league, she has logged over 10,200 career minutes across all competitions, including 4,352 with the Current.
