AI Learning Lab: Use AI to Attract Better-Fit Customers

Tuesday, September 1, 2026 (3:00 PM - 4:00 PM) (EDT)

Description

LEARN AI TOGETHER

The AI Learning Lab is a monthly, interactive space where women business owners explore how AI is showing up in real business life—from everyday tasks and team workflows to client communication, marketing, operations, and decision-making.

This is not a traditional webinar. Each session is designed for conversation, shared learning, practical examples, and useful ideas participants can adapt for their own businesses.

Members are encouraged to come ready to ask questions, share what they are trying, compare ideas, and learn from other women business owners who are experimenting with AI in their day-to-day work.

No technical background is required—just curiosity and a willingness to learn together.

SEPTEMBER SESSION: AI Learning Lab: Use AI to Attract Better-Fit Customers

This month, we’ll explore how AI can help business owners think more clearly about the customers they most want to attract—and the customers who may not be the right fit.

Guest presenters Shari and Yvette from XPromos will introduce their approach to using AI to look at customer value, competitive value, and customer fit from multiple perspectives. They’ll share a practical exercise designed to help business owners think about what makes a favorite customer such a strong fit, what makes another customer less aligned, and how those differences may influence marketing and communication.

After the guest segment, the Lab will shift into discussion, experimentation, questions, and peer learning. Participants will have space to reflect on what they heard, try an AI prompt if they choose, share observations, and learn from other women business owners.

PARTICIPANTS CAN EXPECT

  • A practical introduction to using AI to think about customer fit
  • An example of how AI can help surface patterns between strong-fit and poor-fit customers
  • Time to ask questions, share experiences, and learn from other women business owners
  • An optional AI prompt and reflection exercise to continue experimenting
  • Responsible-AI reminders around privacy, assumptions, and human judgment

Whether you are brand new to AI or already using it in your business, this session is a place to learn what others are trying, ask questions, compare ideas, and leave with a method you can adapt to your own work.

COME PREPARED TO SHARE

To make the conversation more useful, bring one example, question, or idea related to AI and customer fit.

You might bring:

  • A customer relationship that works especially well
  • A customer who looked like a good fit at first but ultimately was not
  • A marketing message that may be attracting the wrong audience
  • A question about how AI might help you better understand your ideal customers

You do not need to have experience with AI to participate. Listening, asking questions, and learning from others are all welcome. More experienced AI users are encouraged to share examples, compare approaches, and support peer learning.

Please do not share confidential client, employee, financial, legal, medical, personal, or proprietary information during the session.
