Yoana Nin
About
Yoana Nin is a Romanian-born entrepreneur, real estate broker, author, and ADHD coach who believes a woman's brain — no matter how it's wired — is never the obstacle, it's the key. She is the owner of The Prosperous Agency, a boutique real estate company in Cary, North Carolina, where she helps people find not just a house, but the next chapter of their lives. She is also the founder of Yoana Nin Coaching, where she works exclusively with women entrepreneurs navigating ADHD — many of them in perimenopause and menopause — helping them build businesses and lives that finally work with their brains instead of against them.
Yoana is the author of two books: The Journey to Inner Joy and Success in Real Estate, a guide born from her own path building a thriving business from the ground up, and Love Me or Not, Say It to My Face and Drop the F*** Phone***, a bold, honest take on relationships, communication, and self-respect. A mother of two, Yoana brings the same fierce honesty to her coaching that she brings to her writing — no fluff, no shame, just real strategies for real women.
Originally from Romania, Yoana carries an immigrant's resilience and an entrepreneur's relentless drive into everything she builds. Her mission is deeply personal: to reach millions of women diagnosed with ADHD, and help them believe in themselves, embrace their strengths, and create the future they've always wanted — on their own terms, in their own time, exactly as their brain was designed to work.

Business Description : Yoana Nin Coaching is an ADHD coaching practice built specifically for women entrepreneurs — many of them navigating perimenopause and menopause at the same time they're building a business. Founded by Yoana Nin, a coach, author, and entrepreneur who has spent her career helping women turn their biggest perceived weaknesses into their greatest strengths, the practice combines practical, brain-based strategies with deep empathy and zero shame. Through one-on-one coaching, group programs, and content that meets women exactly where they are, Yoana helps her clients move from overwhelmed and overstretched to focused, confident, and in control — not by fighting their ADHD brain, but by finally understanding how it works and designing a business and life around it. The result: women who stop apologizing for how their minds operate and start using that same wiring to build something extraordinary.
