With more than two decades leading operational teams across industries, I’ve made it my mission to transform how organizations communicate, engage, and innovate. My career has spanned national facilities operations in telecom and health tech, global business operations in commercial real estate, and countless opportunities to build cultures that work better, together.
At PlayInnové, I blend operational rigor with creative play to help teams cut through silos, strengthen communication, and unlock new levels of collaboration and performance. By integrating design thinking, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methods, and systems-based strategies, I guide organizations to reimagine how they connect, solve problems, and spark innovation.
Beyond the boardroom, I’m passionate about advancing equity and empowerment. Through my nonprofit work with 50/50 Leadership, I co-created a women’s mentorship program that pairs emerging leaders with experienced professionals to foster growth and confidence.
I hold a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Marketing from City University of Seattle, along with certifications in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, Sustainability, Ergonomics, Corporate Responsibility, and Facilities Management.
At my core, I’m a builder of teams, trust, and environments where people feel empowered to imagine, create, and lead with purpose.
As Co-Founder of PlayInnové, I help organizations build cultures that buzz with creativity, connection, and collaboration.
