About

I'm Trish, a Financial Advisor and the owner of RM Benefits Retirement Consulting. I also work as an Independent Insurance Broker with RM Benefits of Maryland, which is separately owned by my friend and business partner Rose. 

I specialize in constructing complete, custom employee benefits packages for businesses with 1 to 100 employees, group retirement plan management, and insurance alternatives to statutory benefits for employers. Additionally, she offers individual health insurance and Medicare services, and personal financial planning and investment management insurances to individuals and families. 

I hold an MBA, licenses for health, life, accident, annuities, and variable annuities in Maryland, Washington D.C. and Virginia, AHIP certification, series 7, 63, and 65 licenses, am an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) and a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA).

On a personal level, I have a passion for advocacy related to women's rights, minority rights, and the rights of small business owners in general. I'm active in several DEI and DEIB spaces, and am always willing to give a talk on my experiences as a high-functioning autistic person in the work place, something that (sadly) only 15% of people like me are able to manage. I am always willing to tell you about my dog Samantha and discuss dogs in general. I love listening to audiobooks and art galleries.
