About

Thresette is the Founder and Chief Performance Officer of Performance 3 (P3), a national leadership development firm with offices in Indiana and Virginia. P3 builds high performing leaders because it believes every leader can be with the right culture and opportunity, through services for keynotes, assessments, training, facilitation, coaching, and consulting for leaders in over 10 industries with up to 100,000 employees and $20 billion in revenue. 

Passionate about serving her community, Thresette supports leaders, many who are women business owners, and she serves on the NAWBO National Board, the Great Lakes Women's Business Council Indiana WBE Advisory Committee and Chairs the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis Collaborative Community Building Committee. She earned a BBA from Wichita State University, an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, graduated from Leadership Indianapolis, and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Thresette’s multiple honors include being recognized on the New York Times Square Jumbotron for her achievements in the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center's Milestones Circle Program; one of 25 companies selected for the 2024 Salesforce Business Mentorship Program; Notre Dame McKenna Center's 2025 SBEAP Distinguished Mentor of the Year; and 2022 Great Lakes Women’s Business Council Role Model/Mentor of the Year. Her company also owns IDS Performance Coaching (R), registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
