Shermiah Holland is a serial entrepreneur. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Holland Consultancy that drives digital transformations (such as AI) and leadership development or various organizations. Her background in healthcare, business, and. technology allowed her to deliver technologies to rural healthcare communities and gain trusted partnerships with the tribal communities across the United States. She is owner of the Peach Cobbler Factory in Lexington and Louisville, KY and Houston TX. She has contributed to the growth of the franchise from 2 to 150 stores open across the country, with 250 additional stores committed from 2022 to present. 

Shermiah Holland is the Chief Information Officer and Co-Founder of EnVue Health, where she spearheads the technical innovations to close the gap in access to quality care and ensure healthcare is inclusive and specialized based on the patient's needs.

Shermiah is a certified Project Manager (PMP), portfolio director, software developer, and business strategist. She has a deep knowledge of building businesses across various industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Computer Science, a B.S. in Mathematical Economics, and a B.S. in Biology from the University of Kentucky. She obtained her MBA, Master of Science in Data Analytics, and a certificate in Franchise Management from the University of Louisville. Shermiah holds several certifications from Cornell University. She is a beacon for women in technology and business who mentors, curates high-performing teams aligning the right people with business vision, mission, and values.
