About
Patty believes most leaders are leaving a mark they cannot see, and that is the problem. She is not here to make you comfortable. She is here to make you conscious.
Patty is Founder and CEO of NousSole Leadership Partners and a Master Certified Professional Coach with over 20 years of experience in executive search and leadership development. She built her career at one of the nation’s most respected firms serving the social sector and knows what it costs to lead with integrity when the room is not ready for the truth. She showed up anyway.
She leads with both truth and care, offering the kind of guidance people need, not just what they want. Patty is the author of Leading from the Second Seat, written for those who lead faithfully without applause.
She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and is a proud mother of two sons.
