About
Page Hinerman is a nationally respected strategist, executive coach, social impact advisor, and the founder of PAGE Capacity Builders (PCB). With over 18 years of experience in executive coaching and advising, organizational development, social impact strategy, and strategic facilitation, she partners with organizations to build equitable, purpose-driven systems that work for the people who lead them and the communities they serve.
Since founding PCB in 2014, Page has led high-stakes initiatives that blend strategy, advising/coaching, and operational infrastructure to help organizations move from vision to implementation. Her work spans the country - from helping philanthropic and community collaboratives like B’More Invested, Baltimore Children & Youth Fund and Baltimore’s Promise stand up grantmaking portfolios, learning communities and community advisory boards, to guiding nonprofits like the “I Have A Dream” Foundation, The Funder’s Network and Project JumpStart through strategic planning, data alignment, and capacity-building efforts. Page has also served in interim senior roles at the Annie E. Casey Foundation, provided executive coaching to city agency teams, and helped stand up major organizational mergers, including the newly named Johns Hopkins Center for Gun Violence Solutions.
At the heart of her work is a commitment to systems that reflect values, whether designing a leadership retreat for a national network, developing operational tools for workforce programs, or advising social impact leaders through complex change. Page brings a blend of clarity, compassion, and strategy that helps teams align, grow, and lead with confidence.
Between 2007 - 2014, Page spent eight years at the Center for Urban Families, where she led a $4.2M grants portfolio (spanning 7 programs), co-developed a national leadership institute, and managed a 3-year national federal training initiative focused on creating sustainability for family strengthening and workforce development organizations.
Page holds a Bachelor of Science in English from Towson University and is an ICF-Certified Associate Coach. She is based in Baltimore, Maryland and continues to support mission-driven leaders in building systems that work - for their teams, their communities, and the future they’re shaping.
Page is a NAWBO member, and member of the International Coaching Federation; is a member of the 2025 Watson Institute Flagship Fellowship; facilitates workshops for the University of Baltimore's Master's in Human Service Administration program; serves as a subject matter and technical assistance expert to the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Family Assistance grantees; was the co-chair of the 2025 Jubilee Noir Host Committee for Creative Nomads; served as a founding board member for the Greater Remington Improvement Association (2008-2018), and was the co-chair of the Francis Scott Key Elementary-Middle School Welcoming Committee (2017-2024).
