Having owned and operated Northstar Surfaces for more than 17 years, I understand business ownership from the owner’s side of the table. I know the commitment it takes to build a company, manage its challenges, create value, and eventually consider a transition.

Through TotalValue Exit Advisors, I work with owners who are considering selling their business, preparing for retirement, exploring an acquisition, or simply wanting to better understand their options. I provide business brokerage, exit planning, and valuation guidance with an emphasis on confidentiality, preparation, and practical decision-making.

I am especially passionate about connecting with and supporting fellow women business owners as they build valuable, transferable businesses and prepare for their next chapter.
