I’m a People leader, executive coach, and founder of Soleo Strategies: a boutique consultancy that partners with founders and small business leaders to build strong leadership, cohesive teams, and effective people strategies. With a background leading People Ops in fast-growing AI, biotech, and tech startups, I specialize in designing inclusive, high-performance cultures and coaching leaders through change.
