Melissa is the proud CO Owner of Paramount Premier Homecare, a growing non‑medical home care agency dedicated to helping seniors remain safe, independent, and supported in the comfort of their homes. She leads with a commitment to dignity‑centered care, operational excellence, and strong community partnerships, working closely with families, social workers, elder law attorneys, and healthcare organizations to ensure every client receives personalized, reliable assistance.

With a strategic focus on expanding access to quality senior support, Melissa is also developing a 501(c)(3) nonprofit foundation aimed at funding essential home‑care services for older adults who cannot afford them. Her long‑term vision is to strengthen community resources, advocate for vulnerable aging populations, and broaden the reach of both her agency and nonprofit across New York State.

As a new NAWBO member, Melissa is excited to connect with fellow women entrepreneurs, collaborate on meaningful initiatives, and continue elevating standards within the home‑care and aging‑services industry.
