I’m a lifelong entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Secnora, an international cybersecurity company serving organizations across multiple markets. With a background in business analysis, entrepreneurship, and company growth, I’ve spent my career building businesses, developing partnerships, and navigating the realities of leadership in fast-moving industries.

Originally from Estonia and now living between Estonia and the Dallas–Fort Worth area, I’m focused on expanding my professional network in Texas and building meaningful relationships with fellow founders, business leaders, and women entrepreneurs. I’m particularly interested in international business, business in US, technology, cybersecurity, cross-border growth, and the opportunities that emerge when people and markets connect.

I’m also a mother of two and deeply interested in the realities of combining entrepreneurship, ambition, leadership, and motherhood. I believe in honest conversations about the challenges women face while building companies, raising families, and creating lives that don’t always fit into one traditional box.

I joined NAWBO to connect with ambitious women, exchange experiences, build genuine long-term relationships, and contribute to a community of women who are creating, leading, and growing businesses.
