Lorri Schulte

With over 25 years as a professional in commercial real estate and risk management, Lorri has a wealth of knowledge and experience to assist you in meeting your needs in the areas of commercial real estate risk and property management.

She has led and trained property and facilities managers since 2000. She has designed and implemented risk management policies and procedures for assets in excess of $2 billion dollars in value. She has realized cost savings year over year of $1 million or more through negotiating, cost avoidance or cost savings.  

Lorri was awarded the 2020 CREW Woman of Influence Award in Property Management and has held a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation since 2002. She has been a Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) judge of The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) at the local, regional and international level since 2010.

In her spare time, Lorri enjoys spending time with her husband and her rescue dog, traveling, golfing, reading and supporting local non-profits.
