Loraine grew up in a family of entrepreneurs and learned the disciplines of hard work and constant learning along with the belief that almost anything is possible.  Over the past 30 years she has been leading, developing and coaching leadership teams in many industries to drive superior performance in their businesses.  
Loraine has a firm belief that if a leadership team is aligned around the direction, the purpose and the goals for the company, that team will outperform any other team and the company will succeed.  Success is far more dependent upon alignment and excellence in execution than having the perfect strategy.  The concepts are easy, the implementation and diligence as a leader to stick with it is the challenge.  Loraine excels in her ability to work with leaders to develop the disciplines needed to make their vision a reality and achieve their goals.
