Leticia “Leti” Martinez is a founding partner of Ambrecht & Martinez, LLP, where she focuses her practice on sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, family governance, business succession planning, and multigenerational wealth preservation.

Leti advises families with substantial estates, business owners, corporate executives, professionals, and closely held businesses throughout California. Her work often sits at the intersection of family, business, and legacy—helping clients preserve wealth, plan for business succession, prepare future generations for responsible stewardship, and create thoughtful structures designed to support both family harmony and long-term goals.

Known for her practical, client-centered approach, Leti believes effective estate planning extends well beyond the preparation of legal documents. She works closely with clients to integrate estate and tax planning, asset protection, charitable planning, trust administration, business succession, and family governance into comprehensive strategies tailored to each family’s circumstances.

Leti graduated with high honors from the University of California, Davis, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1998. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of California, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings College of the Law) in 2002. During law school, she served as Managing Editor of the Hastings Law Journal and received the Moot Court Oral Advocate Award in 2001.
