With over 30 years of experience in apparel & textile design & product development as well as promotional products, I am the CEO of Promoventures, Inc., a WBEC certified women owned business that provides sustainable branding solutions to clients across various industries. I lead a team of creative professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality products and services that reflect the values and goals of our clients. I also oversee the strategic growth and direction of the organization, ensuring that we adhere to our mission of creating positive social and environmental impact through our work.
I am an active member and leader of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) San Diego chapter, where I currently serve as the Secretary for NAWBO California Board of Directors. I have been recognized for several awards for my advocacy and impact in the women business community, including the NAWBO Brava Member of the Year Award 2022 and a finalist in the NAWBO CA Business Woman of the Year Award 2023. In 2025, I was recognizedby the California Water Association with the Melanie Rae Small Business Joy Award.
In addition, I am the founder of Leap into Fashion, a passion project that raises awareness and funds for women rebuilding their lives from domestic violence and homelessness. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, gardening, photography, and silk-painting.
