Kim Avant-Babb is a Real Estate Investor, Author and Landlord Strategist.

Co-owner of two companies, Babb Properties and Legacy Real Estate Consulting, Kim is passionate about helping small Landlords operate their rentals efficiently to increase profits, avoid evictions and build generational wealth. Additional, Kim teaching audiences concepts about Next Level Wealth Building strategies. 

Along with her husband and business partner, Kim has been self managing rentals for 40+ years with a 0% eviction rate. She has recently made Landlord Docs 30, a digital property management document system available to the investor community along with landlord coaching and training.

After 23 years, Kim recently retired her 9-5. She served as Chief Strategy Officer for the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority (NJRA), whose focus is financing urban redevelopment projects across the state. As an intraprenuer, Kim spent her final 13 years building, operating and managing the NJRA Redevelopment Training Institute, a regionally recognized and accredited environment which teaches the rudiments of real estate development. 

Kim is a sought after speaker; belongs to numerous real estate member organizations; and enjoys mentoring young audiences about building life design and creating multiple streams of income.
