Karen Hayes Young is an Indiana University School of Law graduate with a background in manufacturing and corporate law. Karen is a practicing attorney and Partner at Cohen, Garelick & Glazier. She focuses on serving as outside general counsel for several small and medium-sized businesses, as well as non-profit organizations Indiana and across the U.S.  Her services address the legal needs and concerns of business owners and executive directors – including: contracts of all types and for all needs - business disputes, employment matters, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, and buying and selling companies.
