Sharon Durham is the President of Jon Hart Design, a Texas-based manufacturer of personalized travel bags and accessories known for its commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and American-made production. With over seven years at the helm, Sharon leads a team of 170 employees across manufacturing and fulfillment operations in San Antonio and Del Rio. She oversees product development, supply chain strategy, retail expansion, and brand growth.

A champion of domestic manufacturing, Sharon has guided Jon Hart through critical investments in automation, quality control, and workforce development. She believes in empowering both customers and employees through clarity, accountability, and shared purpose. Under her leadership, the company has expanded its national retailer network and strengthened its identity as a premium, personalized brand.

Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Technology Management from Oklahoma State University. She is a former member of the San Antonio Manufacturing Association and actively supports agricultural education through her family’s involvement in FFA livestock programs.
