At 15, I landed my first job by spotting a bottleneck in a family member's business: talented professionals were losing time to administrative tasks. Even then, my instinct was to fix the broken process so everyone could focus on what they did best.
I’ve approached every stage of my career through that lens. Starting in accounting, I joined a new team brought in to overhaul an unorganized department facing recurring audits—collaboratively establishing workflow documentation, internal controls, and custom internal software to replace manual drag.
That foundation in operational cleanups and financial controls paved the way for my next chapter: serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Investment Services, scaling capacity across 90+ RIA clients, and co-building a regional subsidiary dedicated to supporting local entrepreneurs.
Today, I draw on that entire journey to do what I’ve always done: build resilient operations so businesses can run smoothly.
