As an Employee Benefits and Wellness Consultant, I help small and mid-sized employers design and manage their employee benefits packages. My goal is to improve employee well-being while minimizing costs and mitigating risks for employers. I will serve as an extension to your team, easing the burden of administrative duties and compliance issues.  With over 25 years of experience in B2B sales consulting, I've cultivated strong relationships with clients and vendors, and gained a deep understanding of the importance of significant listening and paying attention to detail, empowering me to provide exceptional value to my clientele. I support my community and currently serve on 2 boards, including the local chapters of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and the Specialty Contractors Council of the Builders Industry Association (BIA) for affordable housing.
