A former Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Organization Development at Urban One, Jackie has over 20 years of executive leadership experience in the media and financial sectors. She has led large-scale organizational change, guided companies through cultural transformation, and equipped leadership teams to deliver growth in complex, high-pressure environments. 

Today, Jackie and her team collaborate with Fortune 1000 companies, mid-sized firms, and non-profits across industries such as media and entertainment, financial services, insurance, professional services, and biotech.
