GQC Real Estate Inc. serves as the business entity through which I manage and represent the full scope of my real estate career, professional accolades, and global business experience. 

It serves as the foundation of my brand and business operations, integrating 23+ years of real estate expertise with a background in international market engagement, entrepreneurship, and women’s business leadership, while also leveraging my leadership roles within global and national organizations to expand opportunities for my clients and professional network.  

GQC Real Estate Inc. supports my work as a licensed real estate professional affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty, while also providing flexibility to collaborate across industries, markets, and international connections. It also represents my commitment to fostering cross-border business opportunities, cultural exchange, and economic empowerment values that are central to my work in both real estate and international networks.

My ongoing service includes leadership within the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), where I serve as Past President and current International Affairs Director of NAWBO Silicon Valley, as well as International Ambassador for NAWBO National – supporting global engagement and entrepreneurial exchange.

As an active member of the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR), I am connected to a nationwide referral network and tap into innovative industry strategies that elevate client success. I also maintain membership with the National Association of Realtors (NAR), which provides national market trend, international market insights, and access to a vast referral network – further expanding my ability to support clients wherever life or business takes them.
