Gina D’Andrea Weatherup believes we spend too much time working to not be happy at work. A former nonprofit professional in healthcare advocacy and communications, she founded Chantilly Mediation and Facilitation in 2018 to enable bold leaders to save money and time through utilizing innovative conflict resolution and ombuds tactics. A certified mediator, Gina leads the company she founded as its CEO, serving a wide variety of clients with a network of partners who value inclusion. Gina holds a Master of Arts degree in Women’s and Gender Studies from The George Washington University, and a Professional Certificate in the Science of Happiness at Work. Gina is a member of the Virginia Mediation Network and serves on the board of the Mid-Atlantic Facilitator Network (MAFN).

Specifically, this means: conflict management, consulting, conflict resolution, mediation, facilitation and facilitated conversations for groups of all sizes, building consensus with stakeholders, and training and speaking services. We are available for urgent, crisis situations, including accusations of discrimination, that need a quick resolution.
