With a bachelor’s degree in art from USTA, Erika blends her creative background with her passion for empowering working moms. As a homeschooling mom of three daughters, she deeply understands the challenges and rewards of managing family and professional life.
Under her leadership, WMSA continues to grow, offering valuable resources including a monthly email, blog, podcast, and a Business Owners Community Membership. She has also developed an innovative co-working space that hosts events, features a social media room for podcasts and videos, and provides flexible co-working memberships.
