Courtney is a nonprofit fundraising strategist and the Founder & CEO of The Philanthropy Place, a nonprofit consulting firm, where she helps organizations build sustainable fundraising programs, launch major giving initiatives, and lead high-impact campaigns. She specializes in fractional fundraising and capacity-building tools that drive transformational growth.

Previously, Courtney served as Managing Director at Aperio Philanthropy, advising clients on major gifts, capital campaigns, and strategic fundraising initiatives. Earlier in her career, she led record-breaking fundraising efforts and built giving programs at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, The Nueva School, and the Oklahoma State University Foundation. Her donor-centered, data-driven approach has helped 100+ nonprofits secure millions in philanthropic support over the last 14 years.
