Claudia Charles is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Neighborhood Cornerstone Partners, a Charlotte-based HOA management company committed to transparency, accountability, and exceptional community service.

Before launching the company, Claudia served as an HOA Board President, where she experienced firsthand both the positive and challenging aspects of working with community association management companies. That experience inspired her to create a different kind of management company, one focused on ethical leadership, responsive communication, financial transparency, and building trust between boards, homeowners, and management.

Drawing on her experience as an HOA Board President, REALTOR®, mortgage loan originator, and healthcare professional, Claudia brings a unique, solutions-oriented perspective to community association management. She is passionate about helping boards govern effectively, resolving conflicts constructively, and creating stronger, more connected communities through collaboration, education, and accountability.
