Clara Salvai is the Founder and CEO of TBP | The Bigger Picture™, a strategic advisory firm providing fractional C-suite leadership and integrated business solutions to founder-led companies and professional services firms.

With nearly a decade of experience in the management of successful, internationally recognized and Chambers-ranked law firms, Clara built her career at the intersection of operations, management, strategy, and organizational growth. That experience shaped her understanding of what allows sophisticated organizations to operate effectively—and how access to the right leadership, systems, technology, and resources can transform a business.

She founded TBP to bring that same level of sophistication to small and growing businesses. Through strategic partnerships with leading technology and software companies, TBP connects its clients with solutions and capabilities traditionally more accessible to larger organizations, while helping them determine how those tools should be implemented and integrated into their operations.

TBP's model goes beyond traditional consulting.
