About
Cecilia, or Ceci as she is best known, is a marketing force who has developed and executed marketing strategies for national and international brands for over 30 years with recognized success in effectively repositioning, growing, and gaining market share. She has led and inspired award-winning creative teams from Miami to LA, Kansas to Indiana, and now here in San Antonio.
Most recently, Ceci founded her own consultancy, RedCigar Marketing, a strategic partner for national clients needing to add bench strength to their strategy, planning, and creative teams. Previously, Cecilia led marketing teams for national brands Helzberg Diamonds and Payless. During her more than 10 years with Payless, Cecilia successfully implemented the company’s first targeted plan against the US Hispanic consumer.
Cecilia earned her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication, with minors in Marketing/Advertising and Fine Arts from Florida International University.
She is the mother of three amazing young adults and the dog mom of the most precious Goldendoodle named Sailor. Ceci is also a breast cancer survivor dedicated to advocating for cancer research and health equity for minority women fighting breast cancer. She serves on the board of Susan G Komen South Central Texas, SA100 and Girls Inc. In her spare time is is a certified life coach, Reiki Master and Keynote Speaker.
