I help high-achieving women heal emotional blocks, trust love again, and attract conscious, nourishing partnerships—not by chasing relationships, but by becoming love ready from the inside out.

After over 20 years in a conscious marriage, I’ve seen that real love starts with alignment—emotionally, spiritually, and even physically. That’s why I also integrate gut health and plant-based nutrition into my work. Because when your body is inflamed or out of balance, your mind and emotions are too—and it’s nearly impossible to open to love from a stressed state.
