Hi, I’m Aubrey Armes — Founder & Bookkeeper behind Wellhouse Bookkeeping. 

I help wellness providers, coaches, and consultants get clear on their finances, ditch the shame and chaos, and finally feel supported in growing a business that works for them — not the other way around. 

Why I Started Wellhouse Bookkeeping

As a business coach, I’ve helped entrepreneurs make big breakthroughs.  But when times get tough, coaching is often the first thing to go, leaving business owners to navigate the chaos alone. 

I founded Wellhouse Bookkeeping to offer support that sticks — steady, essential, and integrated into the rhythm of your business. Because when your books are in order and your numbers make sense, you don’t just feel better — you make better decisions. And that changes everything. 

At the heart of it all, my mission is to help others thrive — 

in business and in life, on their own terms.

At Wellhouse, I bring the trifecta: strategic insight from years as a coach, firsthand experience as a business owner, and the steady reliability of a trusted bookkeeper. So you can feel clear, confident, and supported — every step of the way.

I’ve done the dopamine-chasing, overspending on shiny objects, undercharging, money-avoidant dance. I’ve lived through the “maybe if I just work harder” spiral. And I’ve come out the other side by shifting my money mindset, reclaiming my energy, and learning how to build a business that feels good — not just one that looks good on paper.

Now I live in the Costa Rican jungle, run a values-aligned business, and help others like you do the same: build something calm, profitable, and sustainable — with clean books, clear insights, and zero shame.
