Fractional CFO Leadership Business Advisor
About
I'm a fractional CFOO: part CFO, part COO, brought in by professional services firms that are either growing faster than their systems can support, or running on infrastructure that made sense a decade ago and hasn't been questioned since.
I'm a bit of a business unicorn - finance and operations experience at the executive level is uncommon. Years spent serving ultra-high-net-worth business owners gave me a front-row seat to what real financial and operational rigor looks like; the kind of expertise most businesses never get access to unless they're paying full-time C-suite salaries to get it. I bring that same level of scrutiny and care to the businesses I work with now, without the full-time cost.
Most professional services firms don't struggle because the work is bad. They struggle because the business underneath the work never caught up. That gap - between what a firm does brilliantly and how it's actually run - is where I do my best work.
My clients are established or fast-growing professional services firms: law, engineering, accounting, consulting, typically generating $2M - $25M in revenue, led by owners who know something isn't working but don't have the time or the specialized skillset to fix it themselves.
I work with a deliberately small number of clients at a time - not projects, but ongoing partnerships that last until the people and systems I've helped build can run without me.
