I am a licensed psychotherapist and somatic body practitioner in private practice in Spring Branch and San Antonio, Texas. I’ve been in the field of caring for mind/body/soul for over 20 years and ABSOLUTELY love what I do and how I show up everyday for others. The work we do together is sacred and precious. Every human is a unique expression based on their individual histories, early developmental traits and personalities. People come to me seeking knowledge to understand themselves at deeper levels of both their psych and body, and to learn specific skills to support their healing and transformation. I bear witness, walking by their side, as each person takes their own pilgrimage into their inner world of mind and body to experience who they ACTUALLY are, the True Self waiting to be revealed continuously in new ways. Every moment in the therapeutic experience is accounted for and deeply honored. I meet all humans with equanimity, respect, and positive regard. ALWAYS.
