Val Woods, I am the founder of Val Woods CPR. I have over 18 years of dedicated service in the nursing profession, I've had the privilege of serving in diverse roles such as charge nurse, wound care nurse, adult day care nurse, and currently, as an outreach and mental health nurse.

The journey of Val Woods CPR began as a response to a personal tragedy when I lost my only sibling to a ruptured aneurysm that led to cardiac arrest. This experience ignited a deep passion to equip bystanders with the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed in emergency situations. Val Woods CPR Training is a testament to my commitment to ensuring that individuals, families, communities, and corporations are prepared to act swiftly while waiting for Emergency Medical Services to arrive.

As a certified CPR instructor, I bring not only professional expertise but also a heartfelt understanding of the impact of timely intervention. Certified through the American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), and Health & Safety Institute (HSI), Val Woods CPR Training stands as a beacon of preparedness, ready to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills to make a difference in emergency situations.
