Troy founded Red Clay Creative in 2018 with a focus on building thoughtfully designed websites, and grew the company into a collaborative team that expanded in 2023 with the addition of business partner Laura Argentieri. After leading development for many of the firm’s largest nonprofit and healthcare projects, he now concentrates on guiding company operations and spearheading Red Clay Creative’s AI initiatives with clients. As the agency moves toward 2026, Troy is helping shape a new slate of services built specifically for nonprofits while continuing to strengthen the company’s core web practice.
