Tracy Marlowe believes in the power of women.

Early in her advertising career, Tracy worked in offices where women were often considered “less than” because they were juggling their careers with family matters. She struggled to reconcile her desire for a fruitful career with the fact that she barely saw her infant daughter because she was so working so much.

In 2008, she began building a fully remote marketing and advertising agency from the ground up (yep…fully remote in 2008!).

Her mission for Creative Noggin was to empower smart, passionate women to do challenging work that they enjoyed. All the while balancing their home life with the support of a family-first work environment.

Tracy firmly believes that a woman's potential knows no boundaries. Women in business are often underestimated yet research shows that women in business consistently outperform their male counterparts. Tracy has seen that creating a business culture which nurtures women benefits not only her organization and clients but also the world at large.

Women are pivotal, influential and touch so many around them. That’s why Creative Noggin annually donates 5% of their net profit to local causes that empower women. Those causes have included food banks, homeless shelters, WEAVE, Women's Empowerment, Dress for Success and Family Violence Prevention Services.

Tracy has over 25 years expertise marketing successful and recognizable brands such as Exxon Mobile and the U.S. Air Force. Her agency, Creative Noggin has grown from just over $100,000 in sales the first year to upwards of seven million dollars in revenue. The agency is living proof that a flexible, human-centered workplace is not just good for employees, but also good for business.
