I am the Founder and Chief Operations Strategist of Ardent Operations Group, a woman-owned consulting firm that helps growing companies stop hidden money leaks and build operations that truly support scale. With over 20 years of experience in operations, project management, and administrative excellence across construction, oil and gas, real estate, education, and professional services, I specialize in turning messy, overextended back offices into calm, aligned, high-performing teams.

As a PMP-certified strategist, I care deeply about women thriving in their professional lives. My work centers on operational excellence and the people inside the systems, developing strong leaders, building healthy teams, and mentoring young professionals so they can grow into confident, capable contributors. Through the Ardent Operations Audit and focused implementation sprints, I partner with leadership teams to uncover gaps in workflows, communication, and capacity, then translate those insights into practical, sustainable plans.

I joined NAWBO to connect with women founders who are building serious, values-driven companies and to contribute my expertise in operations, leadership, and team building. I’m especially interested in collaboration, cross-referrals, and opportunities to support women leaders and emerging professionals as they step into bigger roles and bigger impact.
