Ground - Breaking…Results Focused…Service Oriented…Professional; these are a few adjectives used by former managers, staff, peers and clients to describe Tonya Haynes, although her favorite title is the one given to her by her six sons, “Mommy.”

With over 25 years corporate experience, Ms. Haynes has breadth and depth of experience leading teams of 4 to 200, implementing  customer support infrastructures and  executing  customer relationship management initiatives that increased client satisfaction levels, to include five years at middle management and 10 years at executive level.

Tonya’s project management, customer service, information technology and leadership skills were sharpened working for Fortune 100 companies, such as; Mattel Toys, Hughes Aircraft Company, NBC/Universal and Automatic Data Processing (ADP). These positions of increasing responsibility definitely prepared, Ms. Haynes for the launch of her company, Phoenix Business Development Group.

Ms. Haynes has leveraged every aspect of her talent to create a company that consistently exceeds client’s expectations.

Ms. Haynes received her Master’s degree in Learning Technologies from Pepperdine University and Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business from California State University Dominguez Hills and is headquartered in Redondo Beach, California where she resides with her six sons and their dog.
