Sydney Twichell-Hernandez is the founder and CEO of Clever Girl Marketing & PR, a women-centered marketing and visibility agency dedicated to helping female founders break past the invisibility barrier and establish themselves as thought leaders in their industries.

Sydney’s marketing career began early, sparked by an internship that led her into the world of SEO content writing, email marketing, and digital strategy. What started as teenage freelancing quickly grew into a passion for helping businesses communicate their value with clarity and confidence.

Her professional path took her through multiple industries — from creative arts to ministry to corporate America — giving her a uniquely well-rounded understanding of storytelling, leadership, and audience connection. However, after experiencing firsthand the lack of support, empathy, and flexibility in traditional workplaces, especially for women and working mothers, Sydney felt called to build something different.

That vision became Clever Girl Marketing & PR: a company designed to amplify women’s voices, elevate women-owned businesses, and make visibility more accessible for founders who are ready to be seen, heard, and respected as leaders.
