Introducing Sheena, a dynamic force in diversity certification and supplier diversity programs with over 25 years of expertise. As the Executive Director of both the North & South Central Texas Regional Certification Agencies, Sheena spearheaded the certification and management of countless applicants, blazing trails as the first Black woman to lead both regional agencies in these pivotal roles.

Her impact extends beyond certification agencies; Sheena has shaped and guided supplier diversity initiatives across utility, construction, and insurance sectors, leveraging her wealth of experience to drive meaningful change.

In 2016, Sheena founded Lengo Strategic Partners, a beacon of support for minority and women entrepreneurs seeking XBE certifications. Evolving in 2020 to offer comprehensive supplier diversity program development, LSP empowers corporate clients while equipping chambers and business accelerators through tailored certification courses and seminars.  In 2023, LSP expanded once again to support certification agencies with day-to-day management and staff training.

Rooted in a legacy of service and education, Sheena's passion for advocacy finds expression in her captivating public speaking engagements at prestigious conferences like the American Contract Compliance Association and Southern Gas Association, amplifying the voices of underrepresented communities.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Sheena's commitment to community shines through her leadership roles, including chairing the Membership Committee of the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce and serving on the City of Glenn Heights Planning and Zoning Committee.

An academic achiever, Sheena holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas, and a coveted Master Compliance Administrator certification from Morgan State University.

Residing in Glenn Heights, TX, with her husband, DeMarcus, and their two adult children, Tré and Aniesha, Sheena embodies a blend of visionary leadership, unwavering advocacy, and profound dedication to driving inclusivity and empowerment in every facet of her life.
