Sevana Stone started her business, VersaTel Solutions in January 2011 with a focus in offering businesses solutions in the forms of bookkeeping, office administration, and process management. Prior to starting the company, she worked in various forms of remote positions focused primarily in accounting, administration, and writing (both marketing and journalistic) since 2002. Sevana has also chaired a chapter of a Non-Profit Organization for three years, and assisted in and owned a share in a networking organization based in the Northern Virginia area.

Business is emotional, it’s tied to our hearts, which is why we truly mean it when we say ‘Your business is our business’. At VersaTel Solutions, Our focus is Growth Management; our services are based on foundational support and assisting in granular, daily activities associated with revenue. We  specialize in full charge bookkeeping, accounting, HR, payroll, web and IT strategies. 

Our team do more than checks and balances, we offer a senior level of bookkeeping which goes hand in hand with our Accountants to include more than book balancing and reconciliation. We are involved in all aspects of the company’s finances including A/R, A/P, and depreciation recording. Every client starts with a 3-step evaluation process. In the first 30 days we assess based on data where your company has been, where it is now, and where we project it to be in the next year. From there, we build the team you will need to get to your goals and re-assess every 6 months.

Hiring can be cumbersome and costly, taking hours away from your ability to concentrate on your business. We provide you with a service provider, and if you're not happy, we will provide a different provider and the training to bring them up to speed for your processes at no cost to you.

All our work is contracted, no need to pay for payroll taxes, benefits, time off, etc. Choosing us could potentially save you thousands We carry insurances to cover all issues that may arise based on breaches of security or trust. We also offer special tools, software, and platforms for our providers to use, which can become costly for you to both carry and to provide training. We take care of all of that at no cost to you.
