I am a Financial Advisor and Fractional Controller with over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. I have an MBA degree, a CMA certification, and a proven track record of implementing and optimizing ERP systems for SaaS companies. I provide fractional business and controllership consulting, including operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, SOX, internal controls, payroll, HR, risk/compliance, and accounting.

My mission is to help organizations build financial infrastructure and robust processes while mitigating risk. I leverage my financial and technical acumen, as well as my leadership and communication skills, to influence strategy and financial results. I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and empowering them with timely and reliable financial information and insights. I am passionate about learning new technologies and best practices and applying them to enhance business performance and growth. Currently, I am working as a self-employed consultant, open to projects, interim services, or ongoing engagements.
