Michaela Ayers (she/her) is an Interdisciplinary Artist, Art Historian, and Organizational Consultant who integrates storytelling and the creative practice of collage into her facilitation work. With over nine years of experience designing workshops and events, she delivers immersive experiences where people can connect, collaborate, and create meaning together. 

Rooted in the Black American traditions of cooperation, care, and community organizing, Michaela is also the creator and host of Black Her Stories (BHS), a platform that celebrates the creative power of Black women--past and present.  Through a place-based podcast, essays, and community events, BHS elevates narratives that stimulate the radical imagination and explore liberatory ways Black communities care for one another and Mother Earth.
