I am a double board-certified Women's Health and Adult Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of clinical experience helping women navigate perimenopause, menopause, and healthy aging. I specialize in functional medicine and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and hold advanced certifications through The Menopause Society, the Institute for Functional Medicine, the Academy for Anti-Aging Medicine, and the BHRT Training Academy.
Known to many as the Charlotte Menopause NP, I am on a mission to change the way women experience midlife. Through patient care, speaking engagements, media appearances, social media, and provider education, I am helping women understand what's really happening in their bodies so they can stop accepting "this is just aging" and start advocating for the care they deserve.
I serve as Executive Director at Signature Wellness, where I combine clinical practice with strategic leadership to expand access to evidence-based menopause care. I also mentor healthcare providers across the country in functional medicine and hormone optimization.Whether I'm on stage, behind a microphone, or in the exam room, my goal is the same: to empower women with evidence-based education that helps them thrive, not just survive, through menopause and beyond, so they can truly Love The Way They Feel.
