Megan Patton is a business strategist and leadership development expert. As co-founder of Beyond Strategy Partners, she helps mid-sized companies grow by building leadership capacity at the intersection of strategy, people, and finance. Megan’s background includes “Big Four” consulting, global experience in change management, and emerging leader development. She holds a BA from Kenyon College and an MBA in Strategy from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. She has served both on her local NAWBO Board as well as on the National Board.
