She spent the first part of her career developing strong full-cycle accounting skills with a focus on A/R, A/P, reconciliations, budgeting, and month-end reporting. This strong accounting background provided her with a well-rounded understanding of accounting operations and also prepared her for larger C-suite roles.

She has spent the last 20 years in the service industry developing robust leadership skills while focusing on crisis management, strategic planning, process improvement, and project implementation. Some of her accomplishments include spearheading the identification and implementation of new software that eliminated paper and saved $70,000 annually on administrative labor costs. In addition, she evaluated and designed new HR policies that led to a 40% increase in employee retention, and partnered with lenders to restructure debt lowering interest rates by 17% and debt pay-off by 25%.

Stella has a wealth of experience in a wide range of industries.
